HARVEY'S BBQ IS NOT A BRICK AND MORTAR, STOREFRONT. WE OPERATE IN A WAREHOUSE KITCHEN AS A "VIRTUAL KITCHEN" AND CATERER.

Seeking experienced Line/Prep Cook to assist and maintain operations for high volume TakeOut/Online Ordering and Catering brand restaurant.

• Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, portioning meat, preparing sauces)
• Clean up station (ongoing)
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food / orders are accurate, timely
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers

Skills

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line restaurant cook or Prep Cook
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
