Line Cooks/ Lead Cooks
De Cordova Bend Estates & Country Club has an immediate opening for Line Cooks/ Grill Masters/ Lead Cooks with two brand new kitchens serving two restaurants, two bars, poolside service, beverage cart and BBQ Stations! The Clubhouse was recently opened with a significant capital investment program to enhance its facilities, recently completing a 4.5 million dollar clubhouse renovation. The renovation includes the grand opening of the following:
- The Cove Restaurant & Lounge – Seats 120 members and guests
- 19th Hole Grill and Bar – Seats 80 members and guests
- Estate Ballroom – Seats 300 for Catering and member Social Events
We are looking for talented individuals with a passion and dedication to excellent culinary cuisine and food preparation. Knowledge of kitchen operations, food prep, food presentation and a great personality is a plus! 5 Years high end cooking experience in either hotel or high end restaurant.
Pay based on level of experience and qualification.
With over 3800 residents, De Cordova Bend Estates & Country Club is a very family focused active year round dining schedule. You can improve your skills and career with the opportunity to work with an Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
