```Duties```
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the quality standards of the restaurant
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with catering and special event meal preparation
```Skills```
- Previous experience in the food service industry or as a Line Cook is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent knife skills for food preparation
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
