Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff
- Oversee food preparation & presentation ensuring high quality and consistency
- Supervise kitchen staff in proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Monitor prep and create lists for AM prep team
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry required
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team of kitchen staff
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and culinary skills
