What you'll be doing:
- Strategic and executional owner of customer retention marketing responsible for building email, SMS, app and loyalty programs from the ground up.
- Develop customer segmentation and design Lifecycle Marketing journeys to drive targeted retention campaigns that increase revenue, engagement and lifetime value.
- Evaluate, implement and optimize marketing automation tools to scale campaigns efficiently.
- Establish KPIs and continuously utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve performance.
- Regularly report on retention metrics to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a consistent testing pipeline; analyze results and move quickly to implement findings that unlock growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing attribution models to measure the impact of multi-channel campaigns on overall business success.
What you’ll have:
- 2-5+ years of eCommerce Lifecycle Marketing/retention marketing experience
- Thorough understanding of channel-specific targeting and general best practices
- Proven hands-on expertise in utilizing CRM tools to create and execute effective Lifecycle Marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including managing operational KPIs and uncovering data-driven insights.
- Performance-obsessed mindset; continuously strives toward individual and business growth.
- Experience with messaging automation platforms similar to braze, salesforce, customer.io
