About the role:
As the Sr. ManagerLifecycle Marketing, you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker who can create and implement data-driven marketing strategies to engage, retain, and nurture our user base. The candidate should also have a knack for crafting compelling email content that resonates with our audience.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a broader Lifecycle Marketing strategy and roadmap.
- Create, manage, and optimize customer outreach (email, in-product notifications, etc.) that delivers relevant and personalized content to different segments of our user base, including welcome series, drip campaigns, product updates, upsell, cross-sell, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging email content and in-app messages that drive user engagement.
- Test and iterate messaging, timing, and promotions to enhance the user journey.
- Use messaging for new product launches.
- Review results from a messaging engagement standpoint to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Report on outcomes of tactics against key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Analyze data, evaluate results, and execute iterations to optimize impact or implement a go-forward strategy.
- Identify and define user segments based on behavior and engagement metrics, allowing for personalized marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals and initiatives.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5-8 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related position with the responsibility of driving revenue or ROI.
- Experience in a high-growth tech start during its Seed, Series A, B or C is required.
- Experience in a company with a PLG motion targeted to B2B SaaS is preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation software and CRM (Hubspot, Sendgrid, Intercom) is a plus.
- A/B testing experience and familiarity with optimizing email campaigns.
- Strong ability to craft persuasive and engaging email content that resonates with the target audience.
- Deep knowledge of customer segmentation, list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A desire to collaborate. Some of your best ideas come when you're working with others - you're a team player.
- Meme making skills. While not required, it will come in handy during our Friday all-hands.

A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
