Description
The Manager, Lifecycle Marketing reporting to the Director, Retention Marketing, will be responsible for driving LTV by translating customer data and insights into a holistic journey across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an overall Lifecycle Marketing strategy to engage 1800flowers prospects and customers with relevant, timely, and targeted communications.
- Optimize existing programs centered on new customers, recent browsers and occasion reminders to increase retention
- Leverage customer data to launch new journeys around customer winback, loyalty programs and affinity cohorts
- Explore, test and launch strategies to optimize push, SMS and in-app messaging channels with the goal of creating more engagement and delivering higher LTV
- Explore the use of incentives, as well as different creative tactics, in Lifecycle Marketing with a focus on driving incremental ROI and increased gross margin
- Work closely with analytics team and partners to build and leverage customer centric models that could help drive repeat buying
The expected salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2+ years of experience directly in email marketing
- Experience in push, SMS and in app messaging a plus
- Experience creating marketing communications and calendars that deepen customer relationships.
- Expertise with customer segmentation, engagement marketing, targeting, and database marketing methods.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Excel a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a proven history of applying data to drive marketing initiatives
- Excellent time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and energetic individual with a high level of initiative and thrives working a fast-paced, challenging digital environment
