We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This person will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and be responsible for identifying, planning, executing and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and other strategic initiatives intended to optimize and personalize the customer journey from initial purchase and activation through retention.


This is a remote position based in the United States.


In this role you will:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel Lifecycle Marketing campaigns, including email, in-app messaging, push notifications, and SMS, to drive desired customer behaviors and outcomes at each stage of the customer journey.
  • Own the customer journey and performance funnel
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on key metrics relating to bookings, retention rates, customer journey and campaign performance for the portion of the retention business within your scope
  • Lead creative optimization for the customer journey to improve the customer relationship and drive engagement while focusing on key monetization opportunities
  • Advocate for the consumer and partners, ensuring consistency in visuals and messaging across programs, audiences, and regions within the business
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to optimize retention and monetization through personalized offers, promotions, and messaging
  • Support team leadership with quarterly pipeline forecasting and performance insights
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholders and drive initiatives

We’re ideally seeking:

  • 5+ years of Lifecycle Marketing experience, including campaign strategy/development, messaging, segmentation, lifecycle optimization, and A/B testing
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the team - We are looking for a high level of agency and ownership across the whole funnel
  • Knowledge of a modern CRM platform such as Hubspot or Iterable and a track record leveraging those tools to create successful, multi-channel, and multi-touch campaigns
  • A team player that develops strong relationships is able to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment to accomplish the strategic objective
  • Familiarity with global businesses, tech industries, software-as-a-service business models, B2C & B2B2C distribution channels are desirable
  • Experience in Real Estate is ideal (but not required)
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $120,00 - $160,000


Rhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology.


Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other Rhinos.


Base salary is just one part of our Total Rewards Package here at Rhino. In connection with this position, we also offer:
