We are seeking a highly driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team at Instawork. The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the channels that we use to communicate with our existing customers as well as campaign/journey strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
- Be the owner of our Lifecycle Marketing channels (email, SMS, push notifications and in-product placements).
- Plan and execute journeys and ad-hoc campaigns to drive feature adoption, funnel progression, and increase LTV of our Partners and Professionals, working closely with the product marketing team.
- Evaluate and optimize our current customer journeys (e.g. onboarding).
- Track and report on campaign performance.
- Be the driving force behind implementing additional datapoints and events on our marketing platforms, working closely with our product and engineering teams.
- Stay on top of industry developments and their implications for Instawork e.g. the imminent stricter anti-spam rules for Gmail and Yahoo!
- Set and enforce guidelines and best practices for other teams at Instawork who use our Lifecycle Marketing channels.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years experience in lifecycle or email marketing including campaign strategy/development, journey building/optimization, segmentation and A/B testing.
- Experience with Iterable, Appcues, Branch and intermediate SQL knowledge preferred but not required. If you don't have intermediate SQL skills, basic knowledge with a willingness to learn is fine.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Track record of developing strategy AND strong execution
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Intellectually curious, empathetic, and driven to solve hard problems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Comfortable making decisions amidst ambiguity, a strong bias for action.
- Adept at and enjoy partnering cross-functionally across teams.

For CA and NY based applicants:
- The base salary for this position is $140,000 - $167,000
- This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options
