We are looking for a vivacious LifeEnrichmentTeam Member to enthusiastically lead our memory care residents with dementia in daily enriching activities including dancing, singing, bus excursions, exercising, painting, planting, laughing, smiling, and talking with our residents and making a positive difference in their lives.

• Perform an energetic activity schedule that includes parallel activities for different levels of care.
• Design and create uplifting display boards to promote interest in activities.
• Engage our residents, team members and family members in adult-oriented activities.
• Get the unique opportunity to make a positive impact in ways no one else can.
• Enhance the lives of our residents and connect with them in meaningful ways.

This part-time Life Enrichment Team Member position offers:

The Life Enrichment Team Member:

• Will be an outgoing individual who can encourage resident participation.
• Can prepare, organize, and smoothly implement daily activity programs.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Publisher.
• Will learn songs, dances, and trivia appropriate for our residents with dementia.
• Has a minimum of two years of experience leading activities for seniors in an assisted living/memory care environment.
• Has a high school education or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Has reliable transportation.
