Century Group is in search of an experienced Lien Waiver- Data Entry Coordinator to join a team in DTC. Qualified candidates with 2+ years of accounts payable experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. This position is temp to hire. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base pay $21 to $25 per hour.
Job Description:
- Manage Lien Waivers for entire company.
- Send Lien Waivers and track using system BillPro to track.
- Manage manual waivers through Excel (ie. pivot tables).
- Send out division report each week to company.
- Follow appropriate steps to ensure proper handling of all payments, make sure all waivers are executed and signed by suppliers.
- Hold payment when Lien Waivers are not signed timely and accurately.
- Scan checks and invoice batches and save them to respective folders on the shared drive.
- Interact with all levels of the organization for dispute resolution, obtaining approvals, and invoice processing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments as well as external customers, vendors, suppliers.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong/Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to communicate with professionals and vendors at all levels
