Stewart Oaks Villa is a 6 bed RCFE in Sacramento, CA. Our goal is to provide a home-like environment for our residents, peace of mind for resident families and a great place for our employees to work
Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Manage and supervise staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to resident rights and safety.
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure proper medication administration and healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a RCFE or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of operations management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with care plans, resident rights, and regulations related to long-term care facilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Experience:
- RCFE Administrator: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- RCFE Administrator License (Required)
