Responsibilities and Duties…..
- Strive to complete 15 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals
- Active TN Real Estate License
- Maintain continuing education requirements per state requirements. Membership to Local and National REALTOR® associations.
- Participate in firm-exclusive RESIDE DStraining program
- Attend Coaching/Mentoring and Goal sessions when scheduled
- Uphold the Business Core Values and Code of Ethics at all times
- Respond to all client’s questions, comments or concerns in a timely fashion to ensure unequalled customer service
- Participate at company sales meetings and other scheduled events
- Represent buyer clients on home tours and help them navigate through the sales process of buying & negotiating the contract using our proven sales process until the successful closing, all while safeguarding the client’s best interests.
- You know the local Real Estate market and recent trends in the industry like the back of your hand
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Time management and strong organizational skills are key

Pay: $75,372.98 - $105,562.00 per year
