Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and assisting with guest inquiries. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest payments
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.01 - $20.49 per hour
