Assistant (Entry Level) Project Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee projects as assigned
2. Manage 5-10 project simultaneously at any given time, under various scopes of work and timelines.
3. Acts as point of contact on assigned projects, performing a variety of skilled duties such as : assigning, coordinating, and managing multiple field teams.
4. Handles day-to-day communication with field teams and clients, and facilitates issue/problem resolution.
5. Maintains daily data entry and tracking project information.
6. Meet required client expectations on reporting, communication, and scheduling.

Schedule :

1. In office as needed (typically Monday & Wednesday, but other days as we get busier)
2. Potential work from home some days
3. 24 / 7 availability (including nights and weekends) as assigned projects require
4. Paid vacation / sick time
5. Some travel may be required, potentially with short notice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
