We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our Nursing Home facility. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of senior care. This 75-bed facility is located in Port Gibson, MS. Please visit www.trendltc.com.
Duties:
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering exceptional care to residents
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Home, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth
Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a Nursing Home Administrator
- In-depth knowledge of senior care principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong operational management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
