Administrator - Nursing Home

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Extended Care Facility, for the application and implementation of established policies, and for liaison among the governing authority, the medical staff, and the departments of the Hospital. Good organizational skills are necessary for assisting in the planning, directing, and evaluating Department functions. Employs organizational strategies in a balanced approach that produces meaningful contributions to each element of the Formula for Success. Requires the promotion of and adherence to the organization's established Compliance Program and Standards of Conduct. Demonstrates knowledge and skills to appropriately communicate and interact with the patients, families, and visitors of all age groups while being sensitive to their cultural and religious beliefs.

Qualifications:

Education/Skills:

Graduation from an accredited college or university. Education requirements may vary according to individual background.

Work Experience:

A minimum of three years of serving in subordinate administrative positions is required. Additional experience may vary

according to individual background.

Certification/Licensure-DUE UPON HIRE

• Current License for Nursing Home Administrators from the State of Mississippi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $98,537.00 - $102,909.00 per year
