Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Extended Care Facility, for the application and implementation of established policies, and for liaison among the governing authority, the medical staff, and the departments of the Hospital. Good organizational skills are necessary for assisting in the planning, directing, and evaluating Department functions. Employs organizational strategies in a balanced approach that produces meaningful contributions to each element of the Formula for Success. Requires the promotion of and adherence to the organization's established Compliance Program and Standards of Conduct. Demonstrates knowledge and skills to appropriately communicate and interact with the patients, families, and visitors of all age groups while being sensitive to their cultural and religious beliefs.

Qualifications:
Education/Skills:
