Job Description
In this role, the Associate will develop and maintain excellent relations with potential customers to discuss and sell insurance products fit the customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Create client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Generate prospective client from the following sources of business
-Direct Mail
-Live Transfers
-Inbound transfers from Service Team
-Internet Leads
Skills and Experience:
- MUST HAVE an active Property and Casualty license
- MUST HAVE 2 years minimum insurance agency experience
- Must be able to work in a FAST PACE environment
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to present information and provide information to help prospects make a decision
Benefits:

*This is a FULL-TIME remote position
Salary: $17-20 per hour + commissions

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
