Annual Base Salary Based on Experience + Commission
Responsibilities
- Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell, bundle, and up-sell policy coverage.
- Utilize various computer systems to take premium payments, update and make changes to policies, service renewals and follow up with underwriting requests for current and new policies.
- Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries regarding cancellation requests and providing accurate information to meet their needs as well as updating client's file with proper email and telephone numbers.
- Making outbound calls, sending text messages, and emails to ensure timely payment and prevent cancellation or lapse in client policies as well working upcoming client renewals.
Requirements
- A Property and Casualty License is Required.
- 1+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty industry is Required. Preferred experience with Allstate.
- Candidate must have computer software knowledge (Zoom, Microsoft Office).
- Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
- Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
