Job Description: We are seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our team. As a clinician at Valued Insight Psychotherapy, you will focus on providing outpatient therapy to a diverse client base. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team and contribute to a supportive, client-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Attend weekly consultation group with our team of licensed and pre-licensed clinicians
- Maintain professional license in the state of Oregon
- Maintain professional liability insurance
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Master's degree or higher from an accredited school of social work, psychology or counseling
- Licensed in the state of Oregon (or license eligible)
- Experience in providing evidence-based therapies in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
