We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist - LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, for full or part-time positions in the Salem, Oregon, office.
Hybrid position
Compensation:
- Fee for Service model
- Full-time employees can earn $65,000-$105,000 annually with a ratio of 25 clinical to 15 nonclinical hours per week.
Requirements:
- Must have an active and unrestricted license in the state of Oregon.
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist - LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with children or adolescents.

We are a multidisciplinary team of therapists and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. We have been helping people make the most of their lives for over 25 years. We use the “Standards of Practice for Trauma Informed Care” from Trauma Informed Oregon to examine our government policy, finance, hiring, engagement, and treatment practices. We provide services in person and via our teletherapy phone or video platform.
