We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist - LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, for full or part-time positions in the Salem, Oregon, office.
Hybrid position
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Must have an active and unrestricted license in the state of Oregon.
Licensed Mental Health Therapist - LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.
