ResponsibilitiesAdminister office systems and services including vendor management, daily operations, voicemail systems, and clerical function. Supervise the daily activities of administrative and clerical support personnel in assigned areas.
- Identifiy and implement systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes.
- Organize and coordinate projects, conferences and other events.
- Provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to staff. Responsible for performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Determine, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
- Organize, implement, direct and evaluate the administration function and performance.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
