Keys Counseling is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the Leadership Team of our growing agency at one of our clinics in South Bend, Indiana. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the organizations home-based programs and help to develop outpatient therapy services. You will serve as an active and involved leader on the Management Team. The Clinical Supervisor will help ensure quality services by supporting staff, evaluating programs, and assessing community needs.

Our ideal candidate is a team player with supervisory and leadership experience, strong clinical skills, enjoys program development, is well organized, and can multi-task.
Compensation:
- Starts at $60-65,000/year, dependent on experience and education
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Support and Supervision:
- Provide supervision to Program Managers on a bi-weekly basis
- Provide clinical supervision to fully licensed and associates level therapists
- Provide consultation and clinical support to caseworkers and tutors as needed
- Facilitate internal staffing for complex cases
- Support staff during crises
- Participate in CFTMs and Probation Meetings as needed
- Review and assign therapy cases, continually assessing caseload size and staff availability
- Facilitate monthly therapy Team Meetings
- Read and approve progress notes, monthly reports, and other clinical evaluations
- Review intake paperwork and communicate with managers regarding service delivery
- Address concerns about employees, including discipline and corrective action plans
- Programmatic:
- Co-facilitate monthly Regional Meetings for all staff
- Co-facilitate monthly Leadership Meetings for managers
- Develop and improve policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of service for clients
- Engage in ongoing evaluation of the programs to ensure agency standards are met or exceeded
- Research curriculums for services provided by bachelor and master-level staff
- Work with the Executive Director on the development of outpatient therapy services
- Meet regularly with Executive Director to discuss strategic planning, staffing needs & issues, and other organizational needs
- Participate in the onboarding and orientation of new staff, including developing training materials and helping to create onboarding schedules
- Attend weekly staffings at Juvenile Probation
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside agencies
- Attend DCS regional and provider meetings as needed
- Represent the agency on virtual calls and in-person meetings as needed
Required Education and Experience:
- Masters or doctoral degree in social work, clinical psychology, or similar field from an accredited college/university
- LCSW, LMHC, or similar license
- At least two years of supervisory experience
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Prior work experience with DCS and Juvenile Probation clientele
- Certification and experience in MI, TF-CBT, DBT, or other EBP
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
