Position: Level II IT Support Staff - *Must live in the Phoenix Metro Area.*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware/software, networking, backup, infrastructure, WIFI, Servers, monitoring, patch management, and security.
- Manage multiple aspects of customers' platforms.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot network & system issues and resolve for clients, via phone, remote, and in person.
- Interact with managed clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Document and maintain accurate inventory and asset management records.
- Monitor active network, workstation, and server infrastructure.
- Perform regular system and network maintenance, including backups, updates, firmware, and patches on equipment.
- Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches.
- Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures.
- Document all technical procedures and user guides.
- Respond to and resolve customer issues/resolution/assets in a timely and professional manner using our PSA tool.
- Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
Requirements:
- Must have 5 - 7 years of formal IT experience.
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a system or network administrator is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware.
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and network infrastructure.
- Experience with VoIP telephony systems is a plus.
- Reliable car/truck with valid insurance.
- Frequently drive to client locations to perform in-person services, on the same day, or as needed.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and multitask in various environments.
- Must be a self-starter, self-managed, and take ownership of any situation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Normal office hours, 8 AM - 5 PM but may require time outside office hours for projects or minimize customer downtime.
- The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
- The employee is frequently required to sit, walk, reach, drive, and carry or move light furniture or technology components/periphery and use a ladder.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision of a computer monitor.
