Job Description:
As a Mortgage Originator at Lendmire, you'll play a crucial role in helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. Leveraging our extensive lending programs and cutting-edge technology, you'll work to close purchase loans efficiently, aiming for two weeks or less turnaround time. This is a 100% commission sales position, ideal for Loan Officers with an established referral network. While the position is remote, we prefer candidates who reside in North Carolina and have a strong local referral network.
Key Responsibilities:
Originate Mortgage Loans efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely closings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, lending programs, and compliance regulations.
Utilize our superior technology and resources to streamline processes and maximize productivity.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan originator.
