Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Lead technician and Senior Technician to join our team on site in Scottsdale, AZ.
This position is a contract for 6 months to 1 year.
Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Support onsite technology department staff for project and day to day activities
- VIP/C Suite End User Technical Support
- Deploy new computer systems and software
- Computer imaging and data/settings migrations
- Report issues, concerns, technical updates to senior client management
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Qualifications:
- 4 + years’ experience in servicing/deploying computer equipment
- Excellent Communication Skills, expertise in providing White Glove Service
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability and willingness to travel for remote events (expenses covered)
- Ability and willingness to be on-call on the weekends with a stipend
- A+ Certification or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
