Join our team as a Level 1 Support Technician and be the first line tech support for end users facing hardware and software issues.
Your work will include:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer and software systems.
- Installing and upgrading computer systems to end users.
- Deploying IT equipment throughout the company as directed.
- Working with new users for onboarding purposes.
- Troubleshooting Software, connectivity, printer, and OS Issues.
- Responding to trouble tickets.
- Evaluating the nature of an end user computer issue and escalate accordingly.
- Maintaining technical support documentation.
- Assisting and implementing aligning the business to CIS and other security / privacy controls.
- Assisting with system audits.
- Conducting physical inventory of IT assets.
- Assisting System Administrators with tasks related to security and privacy regulations.
- Documenting new processes and procedures as well as keeping documentation up to date.
- Assisting other members of the information technology department, as necessary.
- Participating in a wide variety of special projects.
- Conforming with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; obtain relevant certifications.

A Qualified Candidate:
