Electrical Support Technician

MF&B Restaurants Systems Inc, an international conveyor oven supplier based in Dunbar Pennsylvania, is currently seeking a candidate to lead technical support and provide phone support to both service providers and end users. Candidates must possess strong troubleshooting skillset.

Responsibilities

Manage all incoming service calls

Respond, track, and follow-up with all service inquires.

Provide excellent phone support to service providers and customers.

Provide training to service providers as needed.

Assist in providing replacement parts and tracking.

Track and analyze failure data to identify potential failure trends and areas for improvement.

Use phone, pictures, videos, facetime, and apps to quickly and completely diagnose problems

Revise and create service documents and bulletins.

Assist lead engineer in projects including new product development

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service and Support:

-Manage incoming service calls.

-Provide phone support and troubleshooting by phone, video, email to diagnose problems.

-Track and follow-up with service and support inquires.

-Assist in providing replacement parts and tracking.

-Occasionally Investigation and Repair of product.

-Training of Service Providers.

-Track and analyze failure data to identify potential failure trends and areas for improvement.

-Revise and create service documents and bulletins.

Additional duties may include: assisting with or the support of R&D activities.

Requirements

AS, Journeyman, or Trade school education required (HVAC or Electronics)

Electrical Engineering Tech degree

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer support/service experience a plus

Good listening skills and the ability to receive instruction

Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize work

Proficient as a user of MS Office (Word / Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
