Job Specifications
- Professional well developed interpersonal skills essential for interacting with credit union staff and members.
- Work requires ability to work accurately with figures and ability to perform detailed work.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field (graduated in 2023 or 2024).
- Well-developed, professional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must have or be able to attain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
- One-year direct experience in consumer lending or data entry preferred.
- Requires the ability to follow-up on problems presented to members and co-workers using a customer service approach including use of investigative problem solving.
- Ability to learn and apply basic knowledge of laws and regulations that related to lending.
- Detail-orientation and ability to focus and comprehend new concepts quickly.
- Intermediate mathematical skills required (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.)
- Comfort with learning and becoming adept at multiple technology systems quickly.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
