OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for our next amazing legal assistant. The legal assistant is a super important position because they are the first person people see and meet when they walk into our office or when they call and our reception and intake team are busy with other calls. That makes them a Director of First Impressions. This position is primarily one of a Legal Assistant with a bit of Reception and Intake and Office Assistant and File Clerk mixed in. We are a small boutique firm offering an exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
We conduct monthly one-on-one meetings where you may discuss or ask any questions of your manager you wish and 90-day review meetings where your work performance is reviewed and evaluated and you receive feedback from management. Every team member at this firm has a score card with one to three Key Performance Indicators or KPIs. The KPIs define what it means to be successful in this position.
