We are hiring an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant with a background in Medical Malpractice defense. This is a Hybrid role that offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a wonderful culture with a long standing and well-respected Law Firm.
Duties:
- Manage files, documents, and evidence, including all pre-trial discovery
- Manage scheduling, filing, drafts, motions etc.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsels etc. as necessary
- Draft correspondence and pleadings; obtain, organize, and maintain all relevant medical records.
- Assist with trial preparation and trial exhibits
