SalaryWe’re seeking a Legal Secretary to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate for this position will have customer service experience that can be used for initial calls with clients and greeting guests. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be extremely organized and process-driven for administrative-based tasks. Compensation:$14 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Communicate and provide outstanding customer service to clients
- Answering phones and performing initial screening of clients
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Greeting of Visitors
- Scheduling of appointments
- Filing and maintaining case files and records
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Customer service experience is preferred
