SalaryA Mass Torts law firm is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will communicate with potential clients, screen them for potential claims, and gathering all required information.
This role can potentially become a salaried position based on performance during the three- to six-month probation period.
Primary Duties:
- Make calls to potential clients
- Answer calls from potential clients
- Prepare and send out intake packets
- Process returned intake packets
Skills and Experience
- Responsible and reliable
- Ability to work independently
- Computer experience, especially in Word and Excell
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills and patience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
Travel requirement:
- No travel
