Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated candidate for an Intake Specialist position at our Law Firm in the Intake department. The candidate we are seeking for this position is organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. There will be training for the beginning period before working with limited supervision. This person must be a team player and be self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace. This position will eventually require after-hour work on weeknights and on the weekend once candidate is fully trained.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Collecting potential new client (PNC) information;
- Maintaining office cell phone;
- Answering PNC calls during work hours and after;
- Creating claims with insurance companies;
- Sending out correspondence to insurance companies;
- Inputting case information into case management software;
Requirements
- Required: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Required: Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Required: High School Diploma
- Required: Must be available for impromptu work on some weeknights/weekend*
- Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: Previous administrative or other professional office experience
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual
- Someone who can provide excellent customer service skills
- Someone who is reliable and trustworthy
- Must be meticulous when gathering information
- Has own transportation
- Able to meet deadlines
Compensation
- Relocation assistance available
- Compensation: $20.00 to $25.50 per hour DOE
- Overtime for after hours and weekend work (over 40 hours per week)

* Impromptu work on weeknights and weekends. (Expected average hours per week: 45 - 50.)
- Employees are to be on-call scheduled on rotating basis to provide assistance to new potential clients.
- There is not a set time, place, or number of hours that an employee must work on their scheduled weeknights/weekends.

- Employees receive overtime (1.5x pay rate) as compensation for these hours.
