We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Data Entry Clerk! The ideal candidate will have:
A high school diploma (institutional degree in a related field preferred)
One to four years of progressive work experience in a law firm or comparable field.
A strong background in Data Entry.
The successful candidate will be deadline-driven, organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma required; institutional degree in a related field preferred.
One to four years of progressive work experience in a law firm or comparable field preferred (Data Entry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow up without constant direction.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information professionally.
Deadline-driven, highly organized, and maintains a positive professional demeanor.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurate Data Entry of information from potential and/or existing clients provided or obtained by the client contact services department.
Maintain up-to-date files and ensure accurate Data Entry for clients' accounts.
