This is an amazing in-house opportunity for an attorney with 2-4 years of experience who will work directly with C-level executives, department heads as well as liaise with outside counsel handling a variety of tasks related to compliance, legal issues related to matters in California as well as across the US.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and summarize legal documents

- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
