SHIFT: Multiple shifts open
Overnight - 10 hours shifts / 4 day - some OT available
Overnight - 12 hours 6p - 6a | 6a - 6p shifts 2-2-3 schedule

Facilities (High $20s) | Mechanics (Low to Mid $30s) | Electro-mechanical (Mid to High $30s)
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Three (3) or more years of experience in machinery assembly, plant maintenance or other related field preferred.
- Experience with extrusion or packaging production equipment preferred.
- Electrical and low voltage certifications preferred.
- High school education
- Journeyman license in mechanical or electrical preferred.
- Forklift certification, or ability to obtain it.
- Or any combination of education and experience that provides the same expertise.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience as a Journeyman Mechanic/Machine Repair Tradesman preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment
- Proficient in reading mechanical prints and schematics
- Ability to use all shop tools
- Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees.
- Problem solving skills; exercises good judgment in determining best method and procedure to be followed.
- Electrical Skills and Knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of system maintenance.
- Computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office Outlook, Excel and Word.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain extrusion production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the plant 24x7 manufacturing operations. This position also supports strategic manufacturing operations plan and objectives; maintains records; supports a safe and healthy work environment.
- Adjusts, repairs, and maintains equipment and machinery.
- Install new equipment and machinery.
- Follow established Preventive Maintenance program.
- Machine/line troubleshooting
- Rebuilding equipment
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with SQF and Workplace safety procedures, rules, and regulations
- Mentoring and training Equipment Performance Specialists (EPS) in practical skills and knowledge pertinent to industrial machinery operation, maintenance, and repair
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
