Legal Secretary
Boutique Southern New Jersey law firm has an immediate opening for a highly organized and detail oriented legal assistant with a minimum of 3 years current legal experience. Preference for candidates with experience in Tax, Trust and Estate Law, Real Estate, and Corporate Law. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of corporate documents;
- Preparation of Wills and other estate planning documents;
- Transcribe dictation;
- Organizing and maintaining files;
- Review, scan and route incoming and outgoing documents;
- Maintain and update client files, perform time entry, process check requests, expense reports and reimbursements, make travel arrangements, coordinate meetings and maintain attorney calendar; and
- Perform special tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Knowledge of Practice Master and TABS3 helpful, but not required. Salary commensurate with experience.
