Legal Assistant/Secretary

Legal Assistant/Secretary - Full-Time or Part-Time position for a small firm with a focus on insurance defense litigation. Litigation experience required. Candidate will work with attorneys in handling of files from start to finish. Typing, preparing and filing documents from dictation and independently will be required. Salary is negotiable and based on experience. Position available immediately.

Pay: Up to $52,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
• litigation: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927: Relocate before starting work (Required)
