SalaryBoutique Sole Practitioner Worker’s Compensation Lead Secretary- Office Manager. Small Applicant Worker’s Compensation Firm seeks a Motivated Self Starter to take over the Administrative handling of cases from Intake through file closure and take on the Organizational and Management Skills necessary to make sure our office functions efficiently and smoothly.
Bilingual in Spanish is a must. Must also have familiarity with MS, Outlook, Word, Acrobat, EAMS and preferably an Electronic Case Manager, such as Merus or A1. Need to Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars. Requires familiarity with WC Law, legal procedures, protocols, WCAB forms and system. In addition to directly handling communication with clients, defense attorneys, doctor's offices, insurance adjusters you will deal directly and often negotiate with other vendors. You will be able to answer and direct phone calls, Administratively support and prepare documents for WCAB hearings as well as preparing correspondence and WCAB Forms.
