- Coordinate complex scheduling, including international reservations and maintain precise attorney calendars.
- Manage calls, meetings, and reminders for the team, clients, and opposing parties.
- Handle incoming mail, faxes, and contract forwarding efficiently.
- Oversee client documents, email databases, and conduct conflict searches.
- Initiate new matters, including litigation cases, with precision and uphold ethical standards.
- Prepare attorneys for calls and meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide exceptional client support and craft professional correspondence.
- Handling emergent matters and organizing client conferences, all while ensuring department protocols are adhered to.
- Minimum of 3 years' Legal Assistant experience at a law firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Kofax (Adobe), DocuSign, and Zoom.
- Expertise and proficiency in calendar and inbox management.
- Familiarity with digital dictation.
- Highly organized with exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated team player with proficiency in both collaborative and independent work.
- Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
- Proficient in composing, editing, and proofreading legal documents.
- Capable of coordinating routine administrative tasks.
