SalaryWe are a friendly and well-respected law firm in Encino seeking a full-time, in office, legal administrative assistant.
The ideal candidate would possess at least 3 years of civil business litigation experience.
We would like to find someone with a strong understanding of civil business litigation, State and Federal Court filings/eFilings, calendaring, and various additional administrative duties, including document preparation and TOC/TOA's. In addition, we would like someone with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new programs.
Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills, and be a team player.
Salary will be based on experience.
No lawyers or law students please.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
