Legal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

· Routinely update, track, and report activity in the Company’s contracts database, to include processing DocuSign envelopes for execution.

· Assist the Legal team with general contract administration.

· Meet and/or facilitate communications with internal clients and interface with all levels of management.

· Virtually Meet with the Contracts Legal team on a weekly basis, and other Legal teams as needed.

· Work with Procurement team to facilitate intake, assignment, and review of legal documents.

Skills/Abilities/Experience & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree and/or at least three (3) years equivalent work experience as a legal secretary or assistant.

· Excellent time management and prioritization skills: ability to work effectively and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

· Technological savvy with an ability to learn new applications quickly; preferred knowledge of contract management applications such as Novatus/Conga

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Experience:

• Legal Assistant - Contracts Manager - VMS Project: 3 years (Required)
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.: 3 years (Required)
• Novatus/Conga: 3 years (Required)
