Responsibilities/Duties:
- Completes the online application for the claimant.
- Maintaining extreme attention to detail
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
- Asks a series of personal medical questions.
- Demonstrate Empathy, Compassion, and Patience
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Meet productivity and quality goals.
- Answer calls transferred by Intake Specialist and call clients at their scheduled appointment times.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to conduct oneself with the utmost professionalism.
- Willingness to assist with some administrative assistant duties as needed.
- High school degree required.
- Customer service experience
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Compensation:
- $18.00 an hour; with a bonus structure that allows the opportunity to make up to an additional $5.00 an hour.

This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to enter the legal environment. Customer service and/or administrative experience is highly desired but not required. The position is full-time, on-site, and entails 40 hours per week.
