A successful personal injury law firm is accepting resumes for a full time Legal Assistant. The individual will provide administrative support for several paralegals and will be responsible for a variety of tasks. Experience in a personal Injury law firm required. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Request, organize and maintain medical records and bills.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by paralegals.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 1 year of administrative office experience, preferably in a law office. Will also consider medical office experience.
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Dependable, fast learner, self-starter and team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with attorneys, staff, and clients.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.

- Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office, and Outlook.
