We are a Nationwide Legal Intake Center that collaborates closely with renowned Law Firms across the country on Mass Tort Claims. As a Legal Assistant, you will be an integral part of our elite Client interaction team, serving as a case contact management representative on behalf of our law firms.

Job Description:

As a Mass Tort Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their legal journeys while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage legal cases by organizing and maintaining case files, documents, and correspondence

- Efficient and accurate data entry

- Keeping up to date on email communications

- Coordinate client communication and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Ensure priority and rush assignments are handled effectively and efficiently

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in legal case management

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Proficient in conducting legal research and analysis

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Wages and Benefits:

- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $26, commensurate with experience
