Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and filing documents
- Prepare and review written documentation such as client communications and court documents
- Data entry and compilation of client applications
- Extensive review of client documents to complete forms and check filings for accuracy
- Organize and maintain client files and case documents using document management systems
