Whichever team you may be assigned to, you will be responsible for reviewing documentation (you know, with paying careful attention to detail), conducting factual research (includes being really good with google), drafting/filing and mailing legal documents, scanning documents and performing other legal and clerical assistance… the day will be over before you know it (seriously). You may also be assigned to reception/phone duty where you will have significant contact with clients, counsel and others; therefore, excellent communication skills is a must. Additional duties may include making court and bank runs.

- 1+ year experience in an office setting – we're happy to train on the specifics but we need you to have experience in an office setting
- Desire and demonstrated ability to crush it. Every. Single. Day. required – energized and upbeat is the vibe we're going for (show us how you've killed it in past experiences)
- Organization and neatness required – it’s the only way to stay on top of your game
- Flexibility and ability to work alone and with others required – we got a lot to do, so you need to be able to be productive on your own and step up as a team player as needed
- Great PC skills required – you can be a Mac expert but you really need to know the difference between left click and right click
- Enjoy a good slice of pizza preferred – this should speak for itself
- Sense of humor can't hurt – after all, we’re spending a lot of time together
