- Assist attorney in all stages of litigation, including the preparation of documents from dictation
- Electronically file pleadings and other legal documents
- Maintain and organize case files and documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists
```Skills```
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and document management systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to proofread and edit legal documents accurately
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
